Hidden Battles

You never truly know the battles someone may be facing; there are individuals who excel at concealing their pain. They navigate through life bottling up their emotions, carrying a burden that weighs heavily on them. They find solace in masking their true feelings, projecting an image of strength or even exuberance. Yet, beneath this facade lies the perilous reality that they might reach a breaking point, teetering on the edge of collapse.

In such moments, they begin to perceive themselves and their worth through a distorted lens, sometimes finding solace in self-harm as they feel they bear their burdens alone. Overwhelmed by feelings of loneliness and despair, they fail to recognize the profound love and significance they hold in the eyes of God. They may not realize that before they were even conceived, they were known and cherished by the divine Lord. Despite their flaws and mistakes, they were crafted with a purpose that transcends any setbacks.

The Lord, in His boundless love, provided a path to redemption, sacrificing Himself to free them from the shackles of their burdens. His love knows no bounds, yearning for a profound relationship with them, offering eternal companionship by His side.

Therefore, I encourage you to live as beacons of light and combat the deceptions of the adversary. Open your eyes to the suffering around you and strive to be the guiding light that shields others from succumbing to darkness. Speak words of truth and significance into their existence.

If you find yourself grappling with pain and hesitant to confide in others, that's alright; the Lord is the ultimate confidant. He not only hears but comprehends your struggles, capable of transforming your pain into a meaningful purpose. You are loved! You need not shoulder your burdens alone.

MATTHEW 11:28-30

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

LUKE 4:18

“The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed;

ISAIAH 61:3

To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”

JEREMIAH 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

PSALM 139:13

For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb.
